Three Lifes

Describe your life in an alternate universe.

In one universe I am a retired, wealthy tech entrepreneur. I own a mansion, and a yacht.

In one universe I am a veteran of WWIII. USAF of course. The cold war turned hot, but didn’t go nuclear in ’62. And the US and Russia/China had it out. It was as big a disaster as everyone expected but we all managed to keep our nuclear penises zipped up. We “won” and now everyone is getting along nicely. I’ve got some nice Sino-Japan Robots around here someplace.

In my third life I captain a small freight barge moving fish and dry goods between the islands of the West Philippine Sea, with occasional special runs to Hanoi, and Soul. We outrun the Chinese Coast Guard because China thinks it owns everything not tied down. Hell, they think they own Japan too.
