The Stealth Runner Project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at developing a revolutionary transportation technology that combines stealth, speed, and efficiency. This innovative concept envisions a vehicle capable of traversing various terrains, both urban and rural, while remaining virtually undetectable to radar and other surveillance systems. By leveraging advanced materials, cutting-edge propulsion systems, and innovative design principles, the Stealth Runner seeks to redefine the boundaries of transportation, offering a safer, more sustainable, and more secure means of travel.

Recognizing the rich maritime heritage and expertise of Filipino fisherfolk, the project will now focus on empowering local communities to build and maintain their own boats. This shift in strategy aims to foster self-sufficiency, resilience, and a deeper connection to traditional boat-building techniques.
