Efficient 3D Concrete Printed Home with Sea View: Ideal Modern Living

What does your ideal home look like?

My idea home is a 3D Concrete Printed house that has one main living area and a tower that rises two stories to look out to Sea, it also has a lower, or basement level, with a solar powered automatic sump pump because it is pretty close to Sea level. The upper living area has the bedrooms, the lower basement level has the dining room, kitchen, recreation/ media room and an office. The observation tower also contains a small office space. There is a small piston elevator, and a spiral staircase running from the top of the tower to the bottom levels. There is a sloped stare case leading from the main entrance to the lower level.

The furniture is an eclectic design based on efficient and effective use of space, and for comfort. It also has a patio kitchen for cooking when it is nice out, and guests are invited over. The lower dining room is also set up to accommodate a dinner party of eight. All three floors have comfort rooms appropriate to the function in the area. There is also a master comfort room with the master bedroom on the first floor.

It can withstand whatever nature or man can throw at it, and be chill and comfy for all other occasions.
