Am I a Natural Leader? Understanding My Leadership Style

Do you see yourself as a leader?

I’d like to see myself as a leader. I think of myself as well read. Yet, I am uncertain of my skills as a leader.

In the mid 1990s I led the installation teams of some very large, and expensive computer cut-overs. I was successful enough with those.

Leadership is not something I’ve sought. I am not one to tell others what to do. If I know what must be done I tend to just do it as best I can. Usually, like many I often do things on my own; like my current project (i.e. the Stealth Runners Project).

Does that make me a leader? Or does it just make me too stubborn to give up? I don’t know. Maybe you can tell me.
